Natchez has a clearence page and I came across this.
This stuff comes in a tin and it looks like Milsurp from 80's so that mean it is possible steel core. I think this is a dam good deal for the Mosin lovers out there. not a bad price, LGS here has steel cans of the non corrosive 440 for 90 if I remember right
